Role Overview

Tile’o Trading LLC is hiring a Business Development Executive in Dubai.

The role focuses on porcelain tiles and sanitary ware sales in the construction and interior design sectors.

The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in the same industry in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Present and promote porcelain tiles and sanitary ware to potential clients.
Develop and maintain B2B relationships with designers, contractors, developers, consultants, and other industry professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client portfolio.
Generate sales and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Follow up with clients, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in construction and interior design.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

Minimum three years of experience in the UAE in tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or a related industry.
A strong network and relationships with designers, contractors, developers, and consultants are highly preferred.
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong motivation, proactive working style, and target orientation.
Good understanding of the UAE construction, interiors, and building materials market.
