Overview

  • The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the financial sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Present and promote financial products/services to clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
