Role overview
This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah and combines technical engineering expertise with commercial strategy for MEP contracting.
The role leads tendering and bidding through contract closing while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new project opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Follow up with clients and consultants through the pre-contract cycle.
- Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams on specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven project business development experience in MEP construction or related engineering sectors such as HVAC or electrical.
- Previous site work experience.
- Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for long-term client relationships.
- Sales management capability including pipeline management, forecasting, and complex deal closing.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
