About the Role
The Healthy Home Middle East is hiring a Business Development Engineer to drive new business in Soft & Technical Facilities Management services. You will identify opportunities, conduct site assessments, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across FM sectors
- Generate new leads within the FM sectors
- Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and client meetings
- Prepare EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender proposals
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and operations teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Facilities Management
- Familiarity with FM tendering processes, RFP/RFQ preparation, and pricing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct technical surveys and site assessments
- Client focused, proactive, and results oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Business Development Engineer to develop new business opportunities within Soft & Technical Facilities Management services, including MEP maintenance, HVAC, Mold remediation and soft services solutions.
