The Business Development Engineer is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for pump solutions, drives, and air compressors across key sectors in the region.
Day to day responsibilities include conducting market research, qualifying prospects, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and supporting sales presentations to customers.
The role involves collaborating with engineering and technical teams to design suitable solutions, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely follow up on leads and quotations.
The Business Development Engineer will also maintain relationships with existing clients, track sales performance, and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive activity.

Candidates should possess strong Business Development and New Business Development skills to identify opportunities and grow the customer base.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to present solutions, negotiate terms, and build long term client relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, evaluate customer requirements, and support solution design and pricing.
Relevant engineering background (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) and experience with pumps, compressors, or industrial equipment is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong written and spoken English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; prior business development or technical sales experience in the Middle East is preferred.
