- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE construction market
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, government entities, and private clients
- Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, and client visits
- Monitor upcoming tenders through procurement portals and industry contacts
- Coordinate with Estimation, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams for bid preparation
- Review tender documents and identify project requirements
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure timely submission of bids and prequalification documents
- Conduct regular meetings with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle negotiations while maintaining company profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience in business development within the UAE construction market
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, government entities, and private clients
- Experience in tender and proposal management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM and reporting

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare business development strategies for assigned sectors.
- Support contract negotiations until project award.
- Coordinate handover to project execution teams.
Reporting
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Forecast project opportunities and expected revenue.
