Business Development Engineer – ADNOC Account | UAE

Role Overview

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, including Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience with EPC contractors in the UAE.
• Experience with valid UAE-licensed contractors registered with ADNOC Supplier Hub and relevant ADNOC prequalification or approval.
• Proven involvement in identifiable ADNOC projects or commercial opportunities.
• Experience in pipeline integrity, asset integrity, instrumentation, industrial telecommunications, automation, OT, maintenance, engineering projects, or industrial monitoring.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, tenders, prequalification, client meetings, proposals, pilots, and negotiations.
• Strong English, communication, and presentation skills, with a proactive and client-facing approach.
• A UAE driving licence and Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 20,000 gross per month.
• The probation period is 90 calendar days.

Location

• The role is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business opportunities for the ADNOC account.
• Engage with EPC contractors and clients on ADNOC-related projects and commercial opportunities.
• Support tenders, prequalification activities, proposals, pilots, and negotiations.
• Conduct client meetings and present technical and commercial solutions.
• Support UAE operations in industrial and engineering-related business development activities.
