Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Promote company services and products professionally.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, contracts, and payments.
• Negotiate terms and close business deals successfully.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and business opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports for management regarding business performance.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, laundry services, or customer relations is an advantage.

• Experience handling corporate accounts and contracts.
