Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
The role focuses on B2B business development and IT sales across the complete sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads and build the sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and propose IT and technology solutions.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Manage prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and Statements of Work.
- Coordinate with presales, recruitment, delivery, and technical teams.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Meet sales and revenue targets and monitor market and competitor activity.
- Attend industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking activities.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong B2B business development or IT sales experience.
- Proven lead generation and new client acquisition experience.
- Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
