Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners
- Make daily outbound calls and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects
- Coordinate meetings and product presentations for the sales team
- Prepare professional emails and maintain regular communication with clients
- Manage and update the company CRM with all customer interactions
- Follow up on material approvals, vendor registrations, and project opportunities
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to ensure timely customer support
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, sales coordination, customer service, or similar role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent email writing and telephone communication
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Highly organised, self motivated, and detail oriented
- Experience in construction materials, architectural finishes, fit out, flooring, or related industries preferred
