Job Overview

  • Arab Crete & IFTI Stone is looking for a proactive and organised Business Development Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Make daily outbound calls and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate meetings and product presentations for the sales team.
  • Prepare professional emails and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Manage and update the company CRM with all customer interactions.
  • Follow up on material approvals, vendor registrations, and project opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the technical and commercial teams to ensure timely customer support.
  • Support lead generation and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent email writing and telephone communication.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Highly organised, self motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Experience in construction materials, architectural finishes, fit out, flooring, or related industries is preferred.
  • Only Local applicants from Saudi Arabia.
