Responsibilities
- Support business development efforts by coordinating prospect outreach, meetings, follow up activities, and pipeline management
- Manage the firm's HighLevel CRM, reporting, contact database, and business development tracking systems
- Coordinate client onboarding, client engagement initiatives, and relationship development activities
- Support conference, webinar, speaking engagement, and event based business development programs
- Partner with marketing resources to coordinate newsletters, blogs, LinkedIn content, email campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives
- Identify and coordinate relevant life sciences and intellectual property RFP and proposal opportunities
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience supporting sales, business development, client success, account management, recruiting, marketing, relationship management, or other growth oriented functions
- Experience working within a law firm, professional services firm, consulting firm, healthcare organization, or other B2B environment
- Experience working with CRM systems and business development processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy

Description
- Hylton Rodic Law is a boutique intellectual property law firm serving biotechnology, pharmaceutical, university, and life sciences innovators.
- We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the firm's growth initiatives across business development, marketing, client engagement, and strategic relationship development.
- This is not a traditional sales role. It is a relationship driven role focused on helping the firm build visibility, strengthen client relationships, generate opportunities, and support long term growth.
What You'll Do
- Support business development efforts by coordinating prospect outreach, meetings, follow up activities, and pipeline management.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $65,000 $90,000 plus performance based bonus opportunities.
