About the Role
Dembri is seeking a commission-only freelance Business Development Consultant to identify and qualify corporate service providers and PRO firms in the UAE. The role involves field visits, relationship building, and booking meetings with decision makers.

- Follow up on warm leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Log all activity in CRM (Zoho — training provided)
- Represent Dembri professionally in all interactions
Requirements
- Based in UAE — Dubai preferred
- Fluent in English and Hindi or Urdu
- Prior experience in B2B sales, corporate services, PRO services, or business setup is a strong advantage
- Existing network in the UAE CSP or PRO industry is a major plus
- Self motivated, organised, and comfortable with cold outreach
- Smartphone with WhatsApp Business
- Presentable and professional in field visits

Compensation
- AED 200 per qualified meeting booked with a decision maker
- AED 750 per design partner signed (90 day free pilot)
- AED 2,000 per paying customer converted after trial
