About Us

  • GrowthX Business Advisors is a leading corporate services and business consultancy firm specializing in company formation, corporate structuring, visa services, accounting, tax compliance, bank account opening, and business advisory solutions across the UAE.
  • We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Consultant – Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and convert enquiries into paying clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions.
  • Conduct sales meetings via phone, video calls, and in person consultations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for prospective clients.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, licensing options, visas, corporate tax, and compliance requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events and exhibitions when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or business setup consultancy (UAE experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self motivated, confident, and customer focused.
  • Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages are an added advantage.
