Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their team building needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Craft proposals and follow up consistently
- Manage client meetings virtually, over call, or in person when needed
- Keep CRM organized and up to date
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Work towards set sales targets (targets kick in after first month of training)
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience
- Well spoken and confident in conversations
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Eager to learn and open to being coached
- Organized, reliable, and self driven
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Own valid visa (no visa sponsorship)
- Own laptop and stable internet connection

- Working towards set sales targets (targets kick in only after your first month of training)
What We Need From You
- 1–2 years of experience — fresh energy is welcome here
- Well spoken and confident in conversations
- Fluent in English — Arabic is a big plus
- Eager to learn and open to being coached
- Organized, reliable, and self driven
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Your own valid visa — we do not offer visa sponsorship
- Your own laptop and a stable internet connection
