Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and digital channels
- Manage and nurture both inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders and commitments
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or digital marketing environment is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate execution efficiently
- Self motivated, target oriented, and well organized
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage

Role Description
