Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role located in Dubai for a Business Development & Client Success Executive. The role involves identifying and driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and digital channels
  • Manage and nurture both inbound and outbound leads effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders and commitments
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or digital marketing environment is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate execution efficiently
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and well organized
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience is an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of digital marketing services such as social media marketing, lead generation, performance marketing, or branding
  • Experience handling B2B clients
  • Ability to manage client expectations and ensure smooth project execution
