Overview

  • We are looking for a motivated and organized Part time Business Development & Client Services Assistant for the exhibition stand design and build industry. The role involves reaching out to companies participating in exhibitions in Qatar, as well as international markets including the UAE, Saudi Ara

Responsibilities

  • Call and email potential clients.
  • Introduce our exhibition stand design and build services.
  • Research companies participating in exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Maintain and update client contact lists.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with basic marketing and administrative tasks.
  • Support the sales team with day to day activities.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language is a plus but not necessary
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and by email.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Previous sales, customer service, telemarketing experience is a must
