Role Purpose
- This role is fully responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing client communication post sale, and ensuring payments are collected on time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients (LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals)
- Conduct discovery calls and present OjuBju services confidently
- Prepare and send proposals and close deals
- Maintain communication with clients after closing and ensure expectations are aligned with delivery team
- Handle basic client queries professionally and coordinate smooth handover to internal team
- Send invoices and follow up on payments
- Ensure milestone payments are collected on time
- Follow up on overdue invoices professionally and consistently
Compensation Structure
- Salary: AED 2,000 per month plus Commission
