Role Description
Own capture from cradle to grave: Identify, qualify, shape, and lead opportunities through award
Develop and execute account strategies and customer engagement plans across DoD/IC cybersecurity markets
Build and maintain direct relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
Lead opportunity shaping, including: win themes competitive positioning teaming strategy pricing strategy (in coordination with our Pricing Manager)

Drive proposal development hands-on, including: writing sections developing technical approaches supporting BOEs

Work closely with internal stakeholders but do not rely on large support teamsthis role requires direct execution
Lead gate reviews, bid/no-bid decisions, and capture reviews
Close dealsown the outcome from pipeline to award
Qualifications
- Clearance Level: Secret or ability to obtain
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred
Must-Have Experience
- 10+ years in government contracting and 5 years of BD/capture
- Proven track record of winning new business (not just supporting or contributing, managing/leading)
- Experience owning opportunities through full lifecycle (BD ? capture ? proposal ? award)
- Strong understanding of DoD/IC markets, ideally in cybersecurity, intelligence, or mission systems
