Role Overview
The Business Development Associate joins the Customer Success and Retention team.
The role connects with existing and prospective customers, introduces services, drives appointment bookings, converts customers into recurring members, resolves concerns, and supports customer research.
Customer Calling and Appointment Conversion
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce customers to Ultimutt's at-home grooming and pet care services.
- Understand customer requirements, pet profiles, and grooming needs.
- Recommend relevant services, drive appointment bookings, and follow up on leads and enquiries.
Membership and Retention
- Explain membership plans, benefits, and value propositions.
