Role Description

  • We are looking for a motivated, self driven Business Development Associate to join us on a part time, commission only basis.
  • In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector across Qatar.
  • You will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and closing deals, earning commission for every successful customer you bring on board.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on flexible, performance based work and has a strong network or ability to build relationships in the local F&B and hotel industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Presentation Skills and delivering impactful Presentations
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and conducting detailed Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self motivated, proactive, and goal oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Experience in a business development or sales related role is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a preferred qualification

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers within the hospitality market, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering companies, and other food & beverage venues.
  • Analyze the market to prioritize high potential segments (e.g., quick service restaurants, fine dining, hotel room service, large scale F&B operators).
  • Contact decision makers (owners, general managers, F&B directors, IT managers) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in person visits to introduce the platform’s value.
  • Explain how the fully automated, AI powered SaaS solution works, including the one month free trial, the free version (2% transaction fee on end customers), and paid packages (monthly subscription).
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, handle objections, and close agreements. Once closed, ensure smooth onboarding and handover to the support team.
  • Achieve a mutually agreed number of closed deals per month, with uncapped earning potential based on performance.

Expectations

  • Part time (approximately 10–20 hours per week, flexible schedule).
  • 100% commission on every signed customer.
  • Self starter mentality required – no base salary, but high performing associates can earn significantly.
  • Provide weekly updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and closed deals via simple CRM or shared spreadsheet.

  • Familiarity with the Qatari market, especially Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Shahaniya, and Industrial Area and knowledge of local restaurants, cafes, and hotels is a strong plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Reliable transportation to meet potential clients in person when needed.
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate a SaaS platform. Basic use of email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets required.
  • Able to manage time independently and consistently pursue targets without supervision.
