Role Overview
Multitude FZE is hiring a Business Development Associate for its technology and AI business.
This is a hands-on, target-driven sales role covering the full business development cycle.
The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
What You Will Do
- Research businesses and opportunities across the UAE.
- Build and develop a qualified sales pipeline.
- Identify business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Understand potential client requirements and challenges.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and manage commercial opportunities and proposals.
- Negotiate and convert opportunities into paying clients.
- Support initial client onboarding.
- Maintain lead, activity, and pipeline records using CRM and company systems.
- Work with management on presentations, negotiations, and closing opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition is required.
- Candidates must be comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
