Role Details
Insource Prime is hiring a Business Development Associate to work at either its Al Nahda or Business Bay branch.
The position has two vacancies and is full-time.
The role is focused on business growth, prospective client outreach, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Pitch products and services effectively to secure new business accounts and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets set by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- One to two years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in telesales is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
