About the role
The Business Development Associate promotes SpotLet and onboards suitable properties onto the platform.
The role is primarily inside sales and property acquisition through phone calls and digital communication.
The position supports properties used for stays, events, film shoots, photography, and creative production.
Sales responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, introduce SpotLet, explain the platform, and communicate the benefits of property listings.
- Identify suitable properties, understand their features and use cases, and persuade owners to list them.
- Follow up with prospects, convert leads into listings, and assist with initial onboarding.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions and build owner relationships.
