Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a Saudi female who is fluent in Arabic and has a strong background in digital business development.
This role involves cold calling, customer outreach, and lead nurturing to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential customers and introduce the company s services.
- Organize and manage customer outreach for webinars and virtual events, ensuring high participation and engagement.
- Coordinate follow-up calls post-webinars and events to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in tracking engagement and lead generation metrics from events and webinars to improve outreach strategies.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align cold calling efforts with overall sales strategies and targets.
- Handle Box Moving Deals, including license/3rd party solutions sales and renewals.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic & English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other lead tracking systems
