The agency supports brand, store, and product launches, sale campaigns, and influencer-led product promotion.
About the Role
The Business Development Associate will bring new business and generate revenue for the agency.
This is a sales-focused role involving prospect identification, decision-maker relationships, lead generation, prospect conversion, and deal closure.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Ghatkopar West beside the station.
- Work mode is on-site, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Work days are Monday through Saturday, with the second Saturday remote and the fourth Saturday off.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals, and networking.
- Connect with brands, agencies, startups, D2C companies, and marketing teams.
- Build relationships with founders, brand managers, marketing heads, and other decision-makers.
