Role Overview
The Senior Relationship Manager owns the complete sales journey for high-value interior projects, from lead engagement and consultation through closure.
The role combines consultative selling, relationship management, revenue ownership, pipeline management, and coordination with design and operations teams.
Sales and Client Management
- Own the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure for high-value interior projects.
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Understand complex client requirements and recommend customized interior solutions.
- Conduct client consultations, presentations, and site visits to influence purchase decisions.
Relationships and Execution
- Build long-term relationships with premium and high-intent clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Resolve escalations and provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the project journey.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams to support seamless project execution.
- Manage stakeholders across functions to align customer requirements and business priorities.
