The Business Development Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Support business development, opportunity identification, client relationships, and market expansion for delivery and logistics services.

Assist with market research and lead generation.
Prepare presentations and proposals and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective and existing business partners.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to support client onboarding.
Track performance metrics, compile reports, and provide administrative support for revenue growth and partnerships.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills and market research capability.
Customer service skills.
Proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Basic CRM or sales software proficiency.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
Prior experience in business development, sales support, or logistics.
Knowledge of additional regional languages.
