About the Role
Current Crime, a media platform under Unvii, is seeking a dynamic Business Development & Marketing Executive to identify clients, build relationships, close deals, and contribute to digital marketing.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients, sponsors, and brand partners
- Represent Current Crime in meetings, events, and field visits professionally
- Negotiate and close partnerships and collaboration deals
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to grow brand visibility
- Manage and grow social media handles — content scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics
- Coordinate with the internal team on campaigns and on ground activities
- Travel locally and regionally for client meetings and business development
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or media industry
- Hands on knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel as required
- Prior experience in media, marketing, or business development is a plus but not mandatory

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and self driven Business Development & Marketing Executive who can wear multiple hats. This is not a desk only job. You will be out in the field, meeting people, building relationships, closing deals — and also contributing to our digital presence and marketing efforts.
