Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales and business development strategy for Atlasera
- Identify and approach potential clients across workplace, residential and commercial sectors
- Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors, corporate decision makers, consultants and real estate professionals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and initial meetings to proposal follow up and contract closure
- Represent Atlasera’s services clearly, including architecture, fit out, renovation, project management and consultancy
- Work closely with the design and project teams to understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and business opportunities in Dubai
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Support strategic partnerships, referral networks and corporate accounts
- Ensure a professional, premium and client focused experience at every stage of the sales process
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition
- Experience in architecture, interior design, fit out, construction, renovation, real estate or luxury property services is highly preferred
- Strong network in Dubai’s property, design, construction or corporate sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities
- Strong commercial awareness and target driven mindset
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Turkish is a plus

Role Overview
- The Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Atlasera’s sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities and converting qualified leads into long term client relationships.
- This role requires a strong understanding of architecture, interiors, fit out, renovation or real estate related sectors, as well as the ability to communicate Atlasera’s value as a trusted Design & Build partner.
