𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰:

Scentmatic is a premium fragrance vending platform launching across Dubai's hospitality, lifestyle, and wellness spaces.

The machines offer inspired fragrances and luxury scents, placed in five-star hotels, premium gyms, spas, and high-traffic leisure venues.

Think of Scentmatic as the premium vending experience for fragrance discovery in Dubai's luxury market.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

You're the Business Development and Account Manager for Scentmatic's Dubai launch.

Your job is twofold; win new venue partnerships and then manage those relationships for the long term.

You'll report directly to the Pivot Prime operations team and act as the face of Scentmatic on the ground in Dubai.

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

Venue Acquisition

Approaching and closing deals with premium hotels, luxury gyms, spas, wellness centres, bars, and lifestyle venues across Dubai to secure Scentmatic machine placements.

Account Management

Once a venue is signed, you become their primary point of contact; managing the relationship, handling any issues, and ensuring the venue is satisfied and performing.

Restocking Oversight

Coordinating with venues on restocking schedules to ensure machines are always stocked and operational.

Relationship Building

You're not just closing deals; you're building long-term partnerships.

Premium Dubai venues value continuity, trust, and personal relationships.

Performance Tracking

Using the machine's backend data to monitor venue performance, flag issues early, and continuously optimise placements.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲:

Within your first 90 days, you'll have signed at least ten premium venues across hotels, gyms, and lifestyle spaces.

You'll have built solid relationships with venue managers and demonstrated that Scentmatic machines are performing and generating revenue for both sides.

By month six, you're managing ten accounts smoothly, machines are restocked and operational, and you're actively building pipeline for the next phase of expansion.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

Someone hungry, presentable, and well connected in Dubai's premium hospitality and wellness landscape.

You're comfortable walking into a five-star hotel or a luxury gym and closing a deal.

You understand premium environments and know how to sell into them confidently.

Arabic speaking is a plus but not essential.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Base salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month depending on experience.

Commission: Performance-based bonus tied directly to venue signings and account health.

The more quality venues you sign and the better they perform, the higher your earnings.

Full commission structure will be shared at interview stage.
