About the Role
CeeQ is seeking a Sales Development Specialist for a B2B service brand in Mumbai. You will research and identify potential clients, generate and qualify leads, execute outreach campaigns, and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online directories
- Generate, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads
- Execute outreach campaigns via emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between leads and the sales team
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and follow ups
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, lead quality, and conversions
- Attend industry events/webinars (as required) to network and source leads
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and client engagement
- Experience with CRM and lead generation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency with prospecting and creating decks is preferred
- Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and lead nurturing process

Job Qualifications
