Role Overview

  • We are a growing company specializing in Facility Management services.
  • To support our expanding business, we are looking for organized and proactive Admin Support to assist with sales and operations tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities
  • Maintain communication with key clients
  • Help prepare simple reports and documents
  • Support client meetings by gathering information and following up
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals
  • Respond to client and vendor inquiries
  • Handle basic administrative tasks like emails and contract management
  • Support the finance team with record keeping and invoicing

Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to support the team
  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in business, marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in admin, sales, or operations is a plus but not required
