Role overview
Business Development Intern responsible for bringing new clients, generating projects, building relationships, and growing company revenue.
The role represents digital services for startups, brands, SMEs, and growing businesses.
Core responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through networking, calls, email, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into new projects and clients.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and project discussions with the internal team.
- Coordinate with design, development, SEO, and marketing teams.
- Support the sales process from lead generation through project onboarding.
- Maintain lead, prospect, follow-up, and conversion records.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify additional project opportunities.
- Work toward monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Required skills
- Strong communication, client-handling, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert client problems into project requirements.
- Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, eCommerce, Shopify, SEO, and digital marketing.
