Hotel Sales Manager – Luxury Hospitality

A luxury hospitality property in Dubai is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Hotel Sales Manager to develop strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand its presence across the UAE and GCC markets.
We are looking for a relationship-driven professional who can identify opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and close high-value business agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality, corporate, leisure, and travel sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to negotiation, closing, and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, corporate clients, event organizers, and hospitality stakeholders.
- Represent the property at client meetings, industry events, trade shows, workshops, and networking functions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management while consistently achieving revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hospitality Sales, Hotel Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Existing network within the UAE hospitality and travel industry.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.
- Experience within luxury hotels, resorts, fine dining venues, beach clubs, or premium hospitality brands.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality, travel, tourism, or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Considered an Advantage
- Valid UAE driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Spanish or additional languages.
