Role Overview
Logwin Technology is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its IT outsourcing and IT staff augmentation business.
The role focuses on acquiring domestic and international clients and building the company's B2B IT services presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to achieve business development objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify clients and opportunities for IT outsourcing and staff augmentation services.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, other platforms, and email marketing.
- Manage prospecting, proposals, contract negotiations, and deal closing.
- Coordinate with internal teams on project transitions and client satisfaction.
- Write proposals for Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and similar portals.
- Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Report on business development activity, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Own client communication and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related IT services role.
