About the Role
Double Culture Films seeks a Business Developer to grow business within luxury retail, visual merchandising, and events sectors across the GCC. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building relationships with luxury brands and retail groups, and presenting photography/videography services.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the GCC luxury retail and events market
- Build and maintain relationships with luxury brands, retail groups, malls, agencies, event companies, and marketing teams
- Identify opportunities in visual merchandising, window displays, pop ups, retail installations, launches, brand activations, and events
- Present Double Culture Films’ photography and videography services to potential clients
- Create and support tailored proposals, pitches, and commercial offers
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal creative, photography, videography, and production teams
- Grow and manage a sales pipeline across the GCC
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new projects
- Track market trends, upcoming events, luxury retail openings, seasonal campaigns, and brand activation opportunities
- Represent Double Culture Films at meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client servicing within luxury retail, visual merchandising, events, media production, or experiential marketing
- Strong understanding of the GCC luxury retail market, especially UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia
- Existing network within luxury brands, retail groups, malls, agencies, event companies, or marketing departments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of visual merchandising, retail displays, event production, brand activations, photography, and videography services
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, organized, target driven, and comfortable working independently
- Fluent English and Arabic required; French is a plus
