Role Overview
Business Developer / FX Sales Associate role based in Ebury's Sydney team.
Launch a sales career in international finance and global payments.

What You Will Do
- Drive new business opportunities by connecting with decision-makers across industries.
- Research prospects, understand their needs, and tailor approaches to international payment and FX solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Perform high-volume cold calling and develop sales capability across international markets.
What You Will Need
- Be an enthusiastic and highly motivated recent graduate.
- Have a desire or experience working in B2B sales or a client-facing environment.
- Be willing to perform high-volume cold calling daily.
- Be business fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have a genuine interest in financial markets and global trade.
- Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills and the drive to hit ambitious targets.
