Role Overview
Ebury is hiring a graduate Business Developer for its Toronto team in the FX Financial Solutions business.
The role launches a sales career in international finance and global payments with training, mentorship, and structured development.
Compensation
- Compensation includes a CAD 60,000 to CAD 65,000 annual base salary, uncapped commission, and performance accelerators.
Workplace
- The Toronto role is office-based five days per week.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by connecting with decision-makers across industries.
- Research prospects, understand their needs, and tailor approaches to introduce international payment and FX solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
Requirements
- Be an enthusiastic and highly motivated recent graduate.
- Have a desire or experience working in B2B sales or a client-facing environment.
