Requirements

  • At least 3 years of practical experience in administrative coordination or business coordination.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • High organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and follow up on tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to work in a team.

Main Tasks

  • Coordinate and follow up on daily operations and projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up on their requests continuously, providing necessary support and coordination to ensure a distinguished experience and build positive professional relationships that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize meetings and follow up on implementation of decisions.
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle correspondence in Arabic and English.
