ETHOS Digital Health is seeking a highly organised Business Coordinator to support client engagements and business operations. You will coordinate delivery assurance, client account management, CRM data quality, and targeted sales outreach.

Responsibilities
- Maintain visibility across all active engagements, tracking progress against milestones and flagging risks or delays early
- Coordinate contractor scheduling, resourcing, and task allocation to ensure client commitments are met on time
- Ensure proposals, statements of work, and other materials are produced and correctly stored
- Coordinate initial delivery set up and project closure at end of engagement
- Prepare and circulate project status updates to support COO and senior leadership
- Act as central coordination point for concurrent workstreams, identifying and helping resolve delivery bottlenecks
- Assist in managing existing client relationships and ensure professional presence throughout engagements
- Support preparation of proposals, progress reports, renewal documentation, and other client facing outputs
- Prepare and send contracts and associated statements of work for signature
- Monitor key account milestones, renewal dates, and expansion opportunities
- Ensure data quality and integrity in CRM, reflecting pipeline status, client activity, and engagement history
- Execute targeted outreach to prospective clients across key markets
Requirements
- CRM discipline and understanding of commercial value of a well maintained pipeline
- Self starter who operates with initiative and manages own workload with minimal supervision
- Digital literacy across MS Office suite and web based tooling
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative with ability to build trusted working relationships
- Strong communicator in writing and speaking
- Experience in consultancy, professional services, or regulated sector (desirable)
- Familiarity with digital health, NHS procurement, or MedTech markets (desirable)
- Previous use of CRM platforms in sales or account coordination (desirable)
- Experience supporting proposal writing or business development (desirable)

The Role
- We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Business Coordinator to join the ETHOS team.
- You will play a central part in ensuring client engagements are delivered to a high standard and business critical operational activity is well supported.
- This role will suit someone equally comfortable managing delivery coordination and engaging with clients and prospects.
Delivery Assurance

Client Account Management

- Generate regular pipeline and activity reports from CRM to support business planning and strategic decision making.
Targeted Sales Outreach
- Execute targeted outreach to prospective clients across key markets, including NHS organisations, MedTech vendors, and digital health system integrators.
- Stay current on digital health sector developments, procurement activity, and regulatory changes to identify timely outreach opportunities.
Essential
