Role Overview

  • Keystone People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing Perth based technology and engineering business seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Coordinator.
  • This is a broad, hands on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable working independently in a fast moving SME environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a central coordination point across leadership, technical teams, finance, sales, suppliers and external stakeholders
  • Keeping actions, deadlines, documents and business priorities on track
  • Developing and maintaining processes, procedures, templates, checklists and registers
  • Supporting procurement activity, including purchase orders, supplier communication, quotes, approvals and follow up
  • Maintaining supplier records, compliance documents, business records and internal trackers
  • Assisting with document control, reporting, audit preparation, customer requirements and internal reviews
  • Supporting internal communications, onboarding documentation, meetings, travel, events and general business administration
  • Identifying gaps in systems or processes and helping create practical solutions
  • Helping build a more organised and consistent operating rhythm across the business

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own priorities
  • The ability to create order in a busy, growing environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with technical and non technical people
  • Good Microsoft Office, spreadsheet, shared drive and document management skills
  • Practical problem solving ability and strong follow through
  • A willingness to take ownership and help across different areas of the business

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, defence, resources, project based or SME environments would be highly regarded.
  • Exposure to procurement, supplier management, compliance, quality systems, ISO standards, audit preparation, tenders, contracts, ERP, CRM, inventory or document control systems would also be beneficial.
