Job Summary

Bashundhara-BD LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily operations, streamline internal processes, and ensure effective communication across departments.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating business activities, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for management review.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination as needed.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications professionally.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems.
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred).
