Job Summary
The Business Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal business operations and administrative workflows
- Support project management activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, and clients
- Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases
- Assist in budgeting, procurement, and invoice tracking where required
- Schedule and organize meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Support business development efforts through research and coordination
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or operations role
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consulting, corporate services, or project-based environments
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
