About the Role
Bank of Jordan is seeking a Business Continuity Manager to oversee the BCM program across Saudi Arabia branches. The role requires developing frameworks, leading BIA, ensuring compliance with SAMA and ISO 22301, and managing crisis simulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Business Continuity Management program across Bank of Jordan – Saudi Arabia Branches.
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Lead Business Impact Analysis, risk assessments, and development of BC, Crisis Management, and DR plans.
- Ensure readiness and effectiveness of BC and DR capabilities through regular testing and crisis simulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with SAMA and ISO 22301.
- Monitor emerging regulations and recommend enhancements to strengthen operational resilience.
- Support incident and crisis management activities to ensure uninterrupted delivery of critical services.
- Prepare management reports, KPIs, and KRIs related to business continuity.
- Promote a culture of business continuity through training and awareness programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in BCM or Risk Management, including 3 years in a managerial position
- Professional certifications such as CBCI, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CBCP preferred
- Strong ability to conduct Business Impact Analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of BCM, DR, and ISO 22301
- Knowledge of SAMA regulations
- Excellent command of English

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) or Risk Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Professional certifications such as CBCI, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CBCP, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Strong ability to conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), and the requirements of ISO 22301.
- Knowledge of Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and requirements.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Strong decision making skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in computer applications and the systems used within the organization.
- Thorough understanding of the internal and external policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing the business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
