Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain business continuity and resilience frameworks that support Hamah Capital’s operations and strategic objectives
- Conduct business impact analyses, identifying critical processes and dependencies, and developing response and recovery plans
- Coordinate continuity exercises and simulations, monitoring operational risks, and proposing mitigations in collaboration with risk, operations, IT, and leadership teams
- Update documentation, ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards, and provide training and guidance to teams on continuity and incident response procedures
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Continuity Planning and Business Continuity, including development, implementation, and maintenance of continuity frameworks and playbooks
- Experience in Business Resilience and Enterprise Risk Management, with the ability to integrate continuity efforts into broader risk and governance structures
- Strong Analytical Skills to conduct business impact analyses, assess scenarios, interpret data, and produce clear, actionable reports and recommendations
- Knowledge of financial services or investment management environments, preferably with exposure to fund operations, brokerage, or securities advisory
- Ability to coordinate cross functional stakeholders, manage projects, and lead training or simulation exercises in a structured, inclusive manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; professional certifications in business continuity or risk (e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301 related credentials) are a plus
- Comfort working in a hybrid model in Dubai, with the discipline to manage time and priorities effectively in both office and remote settings

Role Description
- This is a part time, hybrid Business Continuity Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Business Continuity Manager will design, implement, and maintain business continuity and resilience frameworks that support Hamah Capital’s operations and strategic objectives.
- Day to day responsibilities include conducting business impact analyses, identifying critical processes and dependencies, and developing response and recovery plans.
- The role involves coordinating continuity exercises and simulations, monitoring operational risks, and proposing mitigations in collaboration with risk, operations, IT, and leadership teams.
- The manager will also update documentation, ensure alignment with regulatory and industry standards, and provide training and guidance to teams on continuity and incident response procedures.
