Role Description

  • This is a full time, remote role for a Business Continuity Manager at GROUPEMENT DES CONCESSIONNAIRES CITROËN et DS AUTOMOBILES FRANCE.
  • The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s business continuity and resilience framework across all relevant business units.
  • Daily activities include assessing critical processes, conducting impact analyses, and developing plans and playbooks to ensure continuity of operations in the event of disruptions.
  • The role involves coordinating and leading risk assessments, scenario planning workshops, and continuity exercises with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • The Business Continuity Manager will monitor regulatory and industry standards, maintain documentation, track corrective actions, and report continuity and resilience metrics to leadership.
  • They will also provide ongoing guidance, training, and awareness to ensure that teams understand their roles in maintaining operational resilience.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Business Continuity Planning and Business Continuity, with experience designing and maintaining continuity frameworks and playbooks.
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Resilience, including crisis response coordination, recovery planning, and improvement of organizational resilience capabilities.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for conducting business impact analyses, interpreting risk data, and making evidence based recommendations.
  • Experience with Enterprise Risk Management, including integration of continuity and resilience strategies into broader risk governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, engineering, information systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301, ARM) are an asset.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional projects, influence without formal authority, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, and training materials.
  • Familiarity with automotive, dealership networks, or multi site retail organizations is a plus.
  • Comfort with productivity and collaboration tools used in remote work (e.g., video conferencing, shared documentation platforms).
