About the Role
Grow360 Management Consultants is seeking a Business Consultant to assist clients with company formation in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include handling MISA Investment License applications, Commercial Registration, and government registrations.

- Assist clients with company formation in Saudi Arabia
- Handle MISA Investment License applications
- Process Commercial Registration (CR) and Chamber registration
- Coordinate Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI and ZATCA registrations
- Support corporate bank account opening
- Guide clients through licensing and compliance requirements
- Communicate with government authorities and stakeholders
- Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the setup process
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in Saudi company formation
- Strong knowledge of MISA (SAGIA), CR, Chamber, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI and ZATCA
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- English proficiency
- Arabic is an advantage
