Overview
- Ampsy Consultancy LLC is seeking a skilled and results driven Business Consultant to enhance business operations and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to sales inquiries from multiple channels including phone, email, chat, in person visits, and referrals.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients, ensuring accurate CRM records.
- Guide clients through business setup process, explaining company structures, licensing options, and free zone regulations.
- Expand business opportunities by attending industry events, networking sessions, and business meetups.
- Mentor and support new consultants and business setup firms to enhance sales capabilities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and free zone authorities.
- Consistently meet and surpass assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor, assess, and improve sales performance.
- Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Generate and present detailed monthly reports comparing sales achievements with lead generation data.
- Act as liaison between Compliance and Operations teams for smooth client processing.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research through evaluations and mystery shopping.
Qualifications
