Role Purpose
Support the planning, delivery, and optimization of large-scale digital initiatives for the Emirate of Dubai.
Lead complex digital projects, provide end-to-end business analysis, and deliver consulting activities that support strategic outcomes.
Project Management
- Lead and manage large, strategic, cross-functional digital initiatives across government entities and delivery partners.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects related to digital services, systems, and applications.
- Coordinate internal teams, government stakeholders, and vendors on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policies, quality standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Business Analysis and Requirements
- Conduct business analysis for complex digital programs to identify business needs, gaps, and opportunities.
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and approval activities.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents and supporting artifacts.
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
