Role Overview
Provide business setup advisory services to individuals and organizations establishing business licenses.
Guide clients toward suitable business solutions while supporting legal and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales inquiries from phone, email, chat, in-person visits, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system.
- Explain company structures, licensing options, eligibility requirements, and free zone regulations.
- Develop opportunities through industry events, networking sessions, and business meetups.
- Mentor new consultants and business setup firms on sales capabilities.
- Coordinate channel partners and free zone authorities.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor and improve sales performance using CRM tools.
- Prepare monthly sales and lead-generation reports.
- Coordinate client requirements between Compliance and Operations.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and mystery shopping.
- Guide clients from initial inquiry through incorporation and visa acquisition while providing transparent information on services, fees, and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least one year of sales experience is required.
Compensation and Employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
